Video tutorial by Marina Syskova
{Design Team 'Moment To Shine'}

Hi everyone! It's Heather McMahon back with you today to welcome
you to another video tutorial in our Design Team 'Moment To Shine' series.

Today we have a unique & beautiful layout by

Marina Syskova from Russia.

Marina was inspired by our current challenge here. We saw a sneak
peek of Marina's layout in the mid-month reveal now she is sharing
a video of how she made her stunning mixed media page.

Marina was inspired by the bright colours & the strong emotions she felt from looking at the mood board. She chose to scrap a photo of herself as a child because
children often perceive the world as bright & colourful.

Let's get to know Marina a little bit better:

"Hello everyone! My name is Marina Syskova & I'm from Russia. I fell in love with scrapbooking about 3 years ago. My favourite style is mixed media because I feel a freedom of expression with it. In each of my projects I try to tell my story, to convey my feelings & emotions. I love layering, bright colors & accents & love to share my creativity with others. I hope my video tutorial will inspire you & help you discover something new in mixed media!

You can find my blog here, Facebook here, Instagram here,
Pinterest here & YouTube channel here."

Here are some close ups showing the amazing details of Marina's layout.

Note the many layers which add a fabulous feel of depth to the page.

The splashes of colour are a subtle but important feature of the page.
