Hello all you lovely crafters! March is here which means not only Spring
in the Northern Hemisphere, but a brand new challenge too at
Scrap Around the World too!
We really hope you'll join us this month!
Today we present a minimalist & futuristic mood board created by one of our amazing
Finnish designers, Terhi Koskinen. This mood board is full of texture, softness,
sun & light. There are so many ways you can be inspired this month.
Firstly, the pale colours of white, greys, pale yellows, soft browns & all the shades of teal AND/OR the beautiful horse with it's long, flowing mane. This could direct your
composition or inspire your use of thread! The mottled grey background is
another great starting point. The simple text, the lovely sentiment, the
wood, string, circles of twine, pencil work& measurement details,
& of course everyone's favourite - CHEVRONS! Arrows,
the ombre effect - ooooh it is all UP TO YOU!!
