September 2015 Guest Designer Vera Shelemekh from Russia

In Europe September is a month of calming down.
We enter slowly in an autumn mood
& the Scrap Around the World September mood board,
designed by Lydie Denis - Lilibleu from France,
invites us to take a step back in time,
be nostalgic & write love letters...
 

You have shared amazing projects so far,

& all of us at SATW are looking forward to seeing more.

In the meantime, I'm very happy to introduce you
to our September Guest Designer!

 Having been the winner of our July 2015 challenge,
she was asked to join us this month
with another layout in her beautiful, artsy style,
this time based on the September mood board.

Take a look at Vera's amazing layout, based on our poetic mood board!

Vera has captured so many elements of the mood board!
Look at the pastel, feminine colors & wooden background with a touch of white.
Her use of the love letter theme is perfect.



I love the number of different layers that Vera has created!



The graphics alongside the delicate embossing emphasize the old-fashioned, nostalgic look, don't you think?



Stencilling with white paste & the white splashing add much character to this layout.
