December 2013 Winners, Features, Finalists & Guest Educator Spot!

Hello again!  Time to announce our December 2013 Winners!  THANK YOU to everyone who entered last month, we closed on an awesome 67 entries, which WAY surpassed what we were expecting over the busy holiday season!! 

 I am so grateful & delighted that Scrap Around The World has been so well received by so many people, in so many different countries - it is a dream come true for me & is very fulfilling indeed to see this challenge blog come to fruition & grow & develop just as intended - many thanks to all of YOU - our wonderful PLAYERS!

Here is a visual reminder of our December mood board, which was used as the inspiration for the projects below.

The entries last month were OUTSTANDING.  The pages submitted here are of an extremely high standard & judging is taken very seriously & I correlate all the votes very carefully - it takes HOURS!  

Our winner this month is Elena from Russia, for this very beautiful interpretation of our December Mood board.  Congratulations!  Your page was a complete hit with our Design Team & it's easy to see why!!

2nd place goes to Tanya Palamarchuk from Poland, who submitted 2 stunning

 entries this month, for her light & modern take on Zanka's mood board.

3rd place goes to Annar, also from Poland!  What a remarkable page!!

4th place goes to Alice for this soft & pretty page - love, love, love ♥♥♥

5th place goes to one of our past winners, Lisa Griffith, from the US,

with another one of her light & delicate creations.

6th place goes to Macarena from Poland for this perfect canvas.

7th place goes to Debbie Burns from the US for this ethereal canvas.

8th place goes to Amy Voorthuis from the Netherlands, for this uber pretty page.

9th place goes to Zuziucha, from Poland, with this very lovely layout.

10th place goes to Yvonne Yam from Singapore, for this beautiful & original layout.

As we said last month, starting from January 2014 {this month!} we are choosing a

  "Guest Educator" every month , based on a project that catches our eye from a 

technique perspective, that we would love to learn how to create.  This month we

 chose this cool layout from Rikki Graziani of Australia as we are desperate to 

discover how to create a background as stunning as this one!

And last but not least we have our random winner, Beatrice Lawson from Canada.
